What this site is
Nostos is a home fragrance product in development. This site collects waitlist signups. It is not a storefront, nothing is for sale here yet, and joining the waitlist is not an order.
Joining the waitlist
- It is free. There is no deposit and no card required.
- It reserves a place in the queue, not a product. Places are offered in signup order.
- When your batch opens you will get one email with a private link, valid 72 hours. If you don’t use it, your place passes to the next person.
- You may leave at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link.
Product details may change
Prices, scent names, specifications, batch sizes and shipping dates described on this site are current intentions, not guarantees. A product in development changes. Anything binding will be stated at the point of purchase, not here.
The memories you send us
If you write a memory in the waitlist form, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to read it and use it internally to decide which fragrances to develop. We will not publish it, quote it publicly, or attach your name to it without asking you first by email.
Acceptable use
Please don’t submit other people’s email addresses, abusive or unlawful content, or automated signups. We may remove entries that do.
Liability
This site is provided as-is. We are not liable for losses arising from the site being unavailable, from a place in the queue not resulting in a purchase, or from delays to launch. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction.
